Randall C. Dixon
PARTNER
Randy Dixon has been a Toledo attorney for over 35 years and is well known as a consumer attorney. Randy is a third-generation West Toledo attorney, practicing in both Ohio and Michigan. Randy's father, Robert B. Dixon, recently retired after more than 50 years of active private practice. Besides consumer protection, Randy's practice includes residential real estate, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.
Randy is Past President of the Toledo Bar Association, and has served as a member of its Board of Directors. He is also Past President of both the Lucas County Bar Association and the University of Toledo College of Law Alumni Association. He was elected three times to the Lucas County Educational Service Center Governing Board. He teaches Consumer Law at the University of Toledo College of Law, is a charter member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and has presented at NACA's Annual Convention. Randy has also testified before the Ohio State Legislature on the Lemon Law and other consumer laws.

Taylor R. Ward
PARTNER
Taylor Ward has extensive civil litigation experience spanning a variety of business and consumer related matters. Taylor devotes his practice to a wide range of contract disputes, consumer protection, recovery for personal injury, products liability, and many other matters.
Taylor is a Toledo native, having been raised in Sylvania. He previously litigated business disputes and consumer litigation in New York and New Jersey for several years before moving back to his hometown in 2014.
